Julia Anna Gospodarou is an accomplished architect and an internationally very good architectural photographer who captures her photos in colour then brings them into Lightroom to edit and make black and white and adds the cloud-like effect by the skyscrapers she photographs and the output looks stunning.

 

Gospodarou used to be a teacher doing workshops and lecturing all over the world about architecture and then took photography up as a hobby. Because of her access to all these wonderful buildings, she was helping to design and gather inspiration from, she could photograph some of the tallest skyscrapers in the world and edit them to her style.

Gospodarou has won many International Photography Awards. Professional Architecture Photographer of the Year, World Photography Awards & Hasselblad Masters Finalist, winner of more than 80 prestigious international awards and distinctions, Julia is considered a leader of the New Wave of 21st Century Black and White Fine Art Photography.

 

Gospodarou believes “the artist, given his/her acute ability to connect with the world in a passionate and intense way and at the same time to interact with it at an abstract level, needs a means of expression to decode this connection and to translate it to others, while exploring its meaning. For me this meaning of expression is "photography".

To which I agree with her statement.
