The Exam!

so when my coursework had been completed my exams is next on the list and for this i have something big planned that i had thought of in advance and am posting it right now

THE PLAN

firstly for the subject of my exam i have chosen framing objects and landscapes in a cinematic fashion, capturing brilliant lighting and generating a glorious 4K output.

I will also be researching and examining 5 cinematographers who also use framing to create an artistic look in their blockbuster films and movies. I have not yet choose who i will be researching though I want to get all of the research done after 3 weeks of the publishing of this blog.

I will use my note 8 to film the first few practice edits in 1080 60p, then move on to using my GH4 for a better clearer image(4K). The reason however why i am not using my GH4 to film the example films is because the setup is hard to carry round, as the Steadicam i possess for my note 8 is easy to carry round and lightweight. as well as the fact the GH4 footage takes a longer time to edit as the files are bigger taking up more space therefore slowing down the whole editing process making the footage a chore to edit.

I will also be taking photos of me making these films so that there is actually evidence that i actually made them!
