The call sheet is the piece of paper you hand out to crew and also the guests you will be having to interview it contains everyone's contact details and is useful if someone is late you can give them a call, also if they need picking up it has everyone's address on.

It also contains:

- Location foretasted weather

- Location address

- Crew contact details and addresses

- Notes containing what to wear

- The date and time that you need to arrive

- Filming schedule with dates and times including time for breaks.
