Conventions

Interviews - We are doing many interviews. We are interviewing Charlie's mum Claire, Charlie's brother, Claire's coach and Charlie's Auntie. I made 10 questions each and made 3 for Claire's coach, the questions are at the top of the context page. I made these before the interviews so we know what to ask on the day and i made 10 so we can break it down and so we have enough questions. Vox pops - I made around 10 questions for the vox pop's and made sure they were relevant to menopause and our documentary. The voxpop questions are also on the interview PDF file. We had practise in town before we started the documentary so we had a practise of how to film vox pop's. We went round as a group and we all had roles. We had to go around town asking people about the topic of tattooing and we had to look at what side they stand, where they look and make sure everything sounded alright so there was no wind/cars in the mic. My role was the presenter, so I was asking people the questions. On the day, it all went smoothly. It was very cold and there was wind but we made sure the wind didn't get in the mic. To stop this, we covered the mic and filmed behind a wall to block more wind. This helped us with our documentary as now we know how to film and do vox pop's as we done practise before our documentary started.
