Documentary roles

Producer – Charlie Derham​​ because he is very organised and good at producing. Editors – Charlie Derham, Laura Paynter and Kylan Green​​ because we all enjoy editing and know how to edit properly. Directors – Kylan Green and Charlie Derham​​ because they are the leaders, organised and know what to do. Researchers – Amelia Butcher, Kirsty Macdougall, Kylan Green and Laura Paynter​​ because we looked on Google and sources to find information and we could all find a lot. Camera operators– Charlie Derham and Laura Paynter​​ as we have had practised on cameras and experience. Audio – Kylan Green and Kirsty Macdougall​​ as they enjoy it and are good at it. Interviewer – Amelia Butcher​​ because she talks well behind camera and has a confident and clear voice. Voice over – Charlie Derham​ as he has a clear voice.

On the whole i believe we worked well in our job roles and stuck to our tasks, both Laura and Kylan helped me to edit, Kirsty and Amelia also both helped to do some research which was quite helpful before they departed with the group, I stuck to my roles of producer, Director, Editor and camera man but, i did also have to step a foot into audio and help Kylan and Laura set up the microphones before each shoot, which they did not mind me doing, as well as this i edited all of the audio in the video timeline using audio curves to keep all audio exactly the same level with no peeks, whilst i was doing this however i was teaching Laura why i do is as well as why it is so important the the success of our project. But on the whole i think we did a really good job sticking to our roles and i am really happy with our group.
